Hello, this is Will H. reporting to you live from deep in the woods where I am investigating life styles of bears and how they live. I'm sorry to say that Goldilocks is out sick today from causes that are still unknown. I will explain and show to you how the bears sleep and what they sleep on. Now, I am inside their room, and I guess that they are out hunting or something because they are not in the house right now. I observe or sense 3 different types of beds. So that means that the IV or thing that you change on purpose for this experiment is the type of bed. I see a water bed, a regular bed, and an air mattress, which are the levels of IV. Levels of IV are the things that are the things that you have changed. I wonder which one would be the most comfortable, I infer or guess that they like to sleep on the water bed the most and which one the bears tend to sleep the longest on. That is the DV or what is being measured, is amount of time slept on. Now I would have to measure in hours so that the units of measurement or what you measure in. I would have to keep some things the same though or else this experiment would be unfair, or in other words constants. One would be the bear sleeping in the bed, and one could be the time the bear went to bed, because the bear tends to sleep longer when they go to bed later. I think that the purpose of this experiment is to determine the type of bed on how long it is slept it. The purpose is what the experiment is for. Will H., Science in the Forest News.
